BROKE MY ANKLE!

Yes, it's true. I broke my ankle. It is very painful and a lot of work. Here is how it happened...

I was at Brain Head snowboarding. I ride regular (right foot forward). It was Mad's first time going up the lift. We were at the top and I was ready to help her get off. I guess I spent too much time focusing on her, that I didn't see the huge bump in the snow. I crashed into it and it was all down hill from there. The two times I opened my eyes, I saw my boot totally upside down. My right foot was the one hooked in so that was the one that flipped. I scooted all the way to my dad. He strapped my back in and I tried to stand up. It hurt like no other. My dad fell with Mad and tore up his knee. My awesome dad dragged me down the mountain, where Mad was waiting happily. I was so sore and when we were driving home, I took off my shoes to see what it looked like. I had a bump the size of a golf ball on my ankle. By the time I got home, the pain had increased and the what used to be the size of a golf ball, was now the size of a tennis ball. If I even put a little bit of pressure on it, it hurts.

Month of writing!!!

SO VERY SORRY I HAVEN'T HAD ANY TIME TO WRITE IN LIKE THE LAST MONTH! I have been so busy with my math, piano and my drums! Algebra 1 is really hard!

Well, since October 26 a lot has happened. Madison and Melissa had birthdays, Jazz have been kicking butt, we have done a lot in YW (made purses), and lots more!

I guess I should start with Madison. Her birthday was in November and she is now 10! She loves being 10!

Next, Melissa! She is like my freakin' band buddy! Her birthday was just 2 days after Madison's! Melissa is now 13! As far as I know she is loving that! She got and I-Pod touch for her birthday! LUCKY DUCKY!!! Her party was off the fazizzle! We basically hung out at her house outside until like 10:30!! My feet were so numb!!

This week is Thanksgiving!! I only have 2 days of school this week!! In core, we are doing a beading project and it is like way hard! For Thanksgiving, I am spending 3 days at a Cabin in Brian Head, UT!! There are going to be like 24 people there!! I am so excited!!!

This month in YW, we made purses for our "PURSEuit of Excellence"! They were so hard, but so fun. Melissa is in my ward and she did so well on hers... JK!!

Well I've got to go do my math!!! If anyone wants to do it for me I would be happy to email it to you!! If you read this and know Mr. Prince, convince him into letting me do extra credit!! I need all the help I can get!!

FOOTBALL!!!

Friday night CVHS and CHS had a football game! They are total rivals, and that game was so exciting! It was known by all that CHS would definitely beat CVHS! CHS totally won, 21 to 7!

Red Ribbon Week and Band Concerts!!

This week at CMS is RED RIBBON WEEK!!! This week is all about being drug free! Everyday has a different theme and different dress!

• Tuesday: 2 HOT 4 DRUGS! The dress was wear red!
• Wednesday: Put A Cap on Drugs! The dress was sports!
• Thursday: You Snooze, You Lose, Stop Drinking Booze! The dress was P.J.'s!
• Friday: House Dress Up day: House 1= Twins, House 2= Camo, House 3= ROCK STARS!!, House 4= Blast From the Past, House 5= Cowboy, House 6= Hawaiian!
  

FYI: The red ribbon represents the blood of Enrique Camerena, a police Officer, who was tortured to death by drug lords while trying to STOP DRUG TRAFFICKING.

Ca and I had just got done with our band concert! We totally ROCKED OUR SOCKS!!
Good job to the rest of the drum line (especially my triplets:), the Concert/6th Grade Advanced, and the J.V./Varsity bands! You all did great!! Thanks to Mr. Lee and Mr. Palmer for making it a great concert and for making and recording the CD's!!!!

LAKE POWELL... CONTINUED!!

Lake Powell vacation continued from before!

• On Saturday, we went to the Lake again! It was so fun!! That was the day H and A learned how to go backwards on the knee board! It is so cool to watch! I tried, but fell off! Then Mom wanted me to go over the wake and I went way too fast and fell again! Every time I fell off Mom, H and A were telling me that there was dead people at the bottom of the lake and they would get me. I didn't find that funny... they did. H said that when you die in water your finger nails stop growing! I was like so freaked out!! I shouldn't have believed him.
  

• On Sunday we went to church then stayed in the hotel until about 4:00. Then we went driving around town.

When we were out on the lake, we found 3 different canyons. They were so pretty! We rode the boat all through them! My favorite was the Navajo Canyon!

That was a very fun vacation! I just didn't want to go back to school. :(

LAKE POWELL!!

Monday we got back from Lake Powell. It was really fun! We stayed in Page, AZ at a hotel.

• When we got there Thursday, we went to our hotel. Then we went to the lake! H, A, and I all went knee boarding! The water is so cold and so smooth! I am glad we had wet suits. When we got back to Page that night we ordered pizza from Stromboli's. It was delicious!
• On Friday, we went to the lake again! We went knee boarding and tubing today!! We beached our boat on a little beach thing. We ate our lunch there. Then we kept on playing around in the water! That night we had Stromboli's again only this time we went to the restaurant. I had a Hawaiian calzone. It was good! :)

I got to go now, but I will finish telling you tomarrow!

A very chilly day!

Yesterday my parents, H, A, and Me went to St. Geo. When we got there we went looking for wetsuits at Big 5. We are going to Powell for UEA next week and it was going to be very cold. We all found some and then we went to the 'every Saturday place', Costco.
We shopped around a bit and of course tried all of the samples. We all got a snack there too.
Next we went to the Boulevard. We have already bought Brian Head passes, but had to get our pictures taken and get our passes. I like to snowboard. We did see Uncle Dave there though.
The whole day was stormy. It rained on and off all day. When we got home, there was snow on the ground. When I woke up at 3:00 this morning I looked outside and there was still snow. It is now 1:19pm and the snow is almost melted. I was sad, but I hope Brian Head got lots of snow.

I am so bad!!

I haven't wrote anything in a long time. :] Mr. Prince gives me way to much math homework.

Tonight I am busy, but I figured I'd better write something. I had a fun day in school today. I had lots of fun in band with Ca. I am so excited for UEA next week!! Then the Monday after that is 'Harvest Holiday' a.k.a. deer season is opening.

Tonight CHS is playing DHHS. It is an away game. I am not going, but my mom, my dad and by bro's are going! I hope CHS wins!

School Day!!

Sorry I had to write that so fast today in CTE. It doesn't even make sense to me. CTE is one of my favorite subjects. I think it is because of my teacher, Mrs. Harris. She is involved with lots of sports, with her kids. I have her 5th period out of my nine period day.

From 1st period to 5th period I have fun classes (except Algebra 1). I have Science with Mr. Dodds for my 1st period class. Mr. Lee for my 2nd period class (which is percussion with Ca). I have Mr. Neilsen for advisory (3rd period which is 10 min long). 4th period with Mr. Prince which is Algebra. Mrs. Harris, then P.E. with Mr. Matheson for 6th period. After that is lunch then core.

If you ask any of those teachers what kind of a student I am they would probably say i talk way more than any other student. I think Mr. Prince would say I am one of the most blond students that he has ever had.

There is a football game tonight at 7 vs. PVHS! I know that PVHS is going to win, but I still want to go and have fun.

Today I had school. I attend CMS with Ca. Ca and I are both on the drum line. Well time to go. Hopefully CHS wins. Bye!

I Started A Blog!!
